We started the process of contacting potential roofing companies the Friday before Labor Day. The calls rolled in quickly, however, non of the prospects could meet with us for at least 2 weeks. That is until Tanner called on Labor Day and agreed to meet with us the following day for a new roof estimation. What closed the deal with B & R for us was the customer service. A hard find nowadays. B&R came out to my house to look at some roof damage caused by a storm. They had me contact my insurance company and then worked hand in hand with them to see that my roof was replaced. They were able to fit me into a very tight schedule and replace my entire roof in one day. I highly recommend using them and could not be happier with the finished product and timely service. 5 stars!!

I am very pleased with my new roof, and the efficiency of the crew who came to do the work. They arrived on time, completed the job within the estimated time frame, and the cost was on par with what I expected to pay based on research I had done. What I was most impressed with was the care they took in protecting my gardens around the house, and the time they took to clean up afterward. With the exception of a beautiful new roof, you would never know they had been there at all. I recommend B&R Construction and Roofing without reservation.

B&R Roofing did my roof this spring. When I requested a quote Tanner called me the next morning. The price was competitive and they were at my house two days after signing the contract. Tanner was professional and responded quickly. Did a great job and were done within two days. Birds were getting into my siding so they also came to replace the roofing soffitt. I was very pleased with the overall experience and service and would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof/roof work.

I reached out to B&R roofing for applying a ridge vent to the roof of our house and garage . Tanner was an awesome source of support with answering all of our phone calls and he was diligent with completing the ridge vents. After looking around the Richmond area for estimates, B&R gave a very competitive offer. It was obviously worth it and more, especially with the efficiency and professionalism used to complete the job. I asked for a roof inspection to see how many years I had left on a 22 year roof to plan a replacement. The inspection was performed by Tanner. The inspection revealed that there were existing leaks in several places. Tanner provided a very competitive roof replacement price. I kept in contact with B&R to schedule the replacement. I decided on the color, Colonial Slate to match the colors of the brick on the front of the house. I wanted to go with a lighter color to be more reflective than absorptive. I had black before. B&R was a week out on schedule. The work was completed during 2 beautiful spring days. The guys cleaned up at the end of both days. Guys did great work over the last 2 days. It looks great. I highly recommend B&R for your roofing needs.
